I like the flexible hours given but I am not fond of my manager pushing her employees to take on more and more hours than are asked. The job is very easy and straightforward and the employees are nice, but again my manager's pushiness irks me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very easy and laid back. We help each other to take care of situations but we do not get overstressed we problems arise.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to days necessary days off upon request. I wanted to take a vacation to see my mother during Christmas time but my manager refused because she said that is when semi-annual sale is. I had asked for this vacation four months prior, but still they refused
