BBW is open to all people, and it shows not only in staffing but also our customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help customers find the perfect item is great; my teammates are the best; seeing positive posts on our local social media about our store specifically feels really good.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my co-workers. Every one of the sales staff was incredibly welcoming and were great at teaching about the product lines. They make slow days go by quickly, and busy days much less stressful. My co-workers are the best part of this job,
