Over all we have a really good and nice team at my location.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My store has a positive environment but I dont feel the companys environment is as positive as it could be.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Some of the leadership with in my store is great. Some could really use some work. From what I have heard at other stores they play favorites and don't treat everyone equally. Glad its not like that where I work.
