My immediate manager's leadership skills are outstanding. She is patient and kind ... never loses her cool.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Unfortunately in retail you don't always get the cream of the crop. but we all get along well. Some are just a bit lazy and have to be told what to do rather than taking initiative.
