They are always happy. That's a good thing. Great attitude.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits, discounts, probably the fact that part-time still gets reasonable benefits too!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Organization and giving their employees reasonable hours whether they are part time or full time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No one is ever hired who has a bad attitude. Never have I seen that in the couple of years I have worked there.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing is wrong except the management team just got revamped and they think they're much better than the old team but they are not percieved as such.
