The constant coaching and willingness to help me succeed in the company, despite setbacks at times and their busy schedules.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I work for a company that sees me and the team as not just expendable employees, but assets to the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is very positive due to the due to the attributes of the business, but also the kind of product we sell- Everyone wants to smell good!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is amazing! They are all very supportive of each other and know their role in the business, but that does not stop them from doing tasks outside of that role. The team alone makes the job worth it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company is always taking employees into consideration when it comes to changes in the economy, such as the recent tax breaks for example. They make sure their associates are taken care of, and earning more than most other companies at entry level.
