What makes you most happy at work?
The interaction between me and my coworkers makes me the happiest.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a group interview, so the focus wasn’t just on me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get paid well. It’s a simple job and I make more than any other employee on my level.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is talkative and love sharing their personal lives with you. It’s easy to make friends with each other.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I wish I had coworkers that would show up on time, not call out at last minute, and actually came to their shifts. Many of them are nice but they do not want to work and it is irritating.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need to make sure employees get their breaks at a decent time and in correct order, don’t make employees work longer than scheduled unless they are asked first, don’t throw things on employees last minute and expect them to get everything done, actually do some work instead of just watching everyone
