I dont hate it and I've met some great people. But I just cant be passionate about a company that doesn't take care of their employees and their health.

Being able to laugh & relate with coworkers & some of the management.

Love my manager and most of my coworkers are easy going and we work as a team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I haven't had a raise & consider myself to be a good employee. Just recently learned 2 of my coworkers tested positive for covid and the store hasn't shut down for 14 days as I was told from management. I believe the company cares more about money than their employees.
