I am absolutely appalled at the disrespect from the managers and unprofessional leadership they have. I have had managers gossip about me to other managers and coworkers while I was in the store. I was given weeks off, never asked for, as a result of my managers disliking me. Absolutely ridiculous.

The customers and some coworkers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Nothing. The team has completely made me want to leave with my fellow coworkers who have already left.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership should try actually being kind and professional rather than unprofessional and rude to everyone but the customers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There needs to be a change in management. Too many managers are against most of the employees and we get treated unfairly.
