My manager isnt a good person
What are some of the best things about your team?
A lot of my coworkers are amazing, and wonderful workers. And 3 out of 5 of the managemt team are wonderful people, who truely care about the employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Store manager takes advantage of her role and her employees, including other managment. She needs to be gone, the store would be a much better environment without her. She runs on manipulation, nepotism, and she threatens employees with their jobs. Shes not a good person
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think its unfair that managment gets extra bonuses when we beat our daily sales plans, and top sellers arent included. Top sellers dont even get SLT gratis, we are expected to do a lot more than regular sales associates but we get rewarded just the same.
