I feel that our store manager tries to create a divde amongst the store associates instead of building a cohesive team. Often the environment feels hostile or edgy. Which is quite sad as i love the company and my job there.

Someof the members ( not the store manager) are pleasant and fun.

Creating a more cohesive team indtead of creating a divide and hostility
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have a masters degree and make 11-13/ hour. Mcdonalds is hiring at 15/ hour. I could really use benefits to be offered to me prior to a year of avereged 30 hours.
