they dont pay anywhere near enough for labor, i personally work 4 different jobs in the store and get paid 12.00 an hour when its a 4 person job ,human resources is a joke, they introduced brands that they own but are exclusively made in china. this company's "home, happier" facade is fading.

communication. and really respect. they need to fire everyone higher up and replace them with integrity driven, empathetic people

the ones who work, work. there as\re some very reliable folks in this company but its overshadowed by low pay, lots to do, and short hours
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
my pay does not reflect the labor i work. i am severely underpaid and the people that are hired, quit shortly after. i work at a location in a plaza and we are the lowest paid employees in the plaza.
