Working 11-12 hour days is the norm. and there is no overtime. They need to adjust that.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They do not care about employees, there is no work life balance here. Leadership is paid alot to cause confusion and massive delays
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership is indecisive. No one cares about deadlines and the team suffers. Too top heavy, they will not hire the correct amount of people to do the work. No one is happy hire.
