The pay is below minimum wage to start. The younger generation seem to be taking over the hired positions. Favouritism, management are not prepared well enough for their positions, employee turnover is very high, hired are not trained well enough for their positions etc.

They have huddles in the morning but the other employees are not informed.

CEO’s for the company need to do sporadic checks in person so the true running of the store can be observe
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Need to listen to why employees are leaving. Turnover is too fast. The pay is too low and the raises are insufficient.
