Learn to do their own job, and not expect you to do it for them.

Actually knowing what they are doing, often they come to me for help with stuff as well as procedures and the like and I'm only a cashier
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Working with the public is never fun, they often treat us like trash or trash cans at best. Ever had someone throw trash at you? Yup I have and I had to smile and just take it
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is minimal but we are expected to work like crazy. They often cut back on hour hours so you could only work like 6 hours in a week and since it's paid hourly you don't get much
