It could so much better
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Hardly anything. It's kind of a toxic environment.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Being nicer and less strict. They need to stop making situations seem worse than they already.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. They need to make better decisions. It would also be nice to have a recycling incentive.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I want better less strict, and kinder supervisors. I don't want to be nitpicked about everything I do.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That it was simple and quick. They ask you a few questions and they do it once you bring your application in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I only get paid 9.50 an hour and my schedule fluctuates too often. I do my very best but if I make a mistake, it the end of the world.
