Leadership, positive reinforcement, communication throughout the store
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, actual leadership skills rather than just management skills, employee recognition
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
In my store in particular the work load far outweighs the amount of hours given. Store manager uses bullying techniques(threatening write-ups, etc) to employees who are truly doing their best. The communication is lacking from the top done making it difficult for the team to be on one page.
