Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid holidays for even part time employees, which is common practice in retail employment. Time and a half is customarily paid for working shifts on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, etc, but NOT with Bed Bath and Beyon
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am constantly faced with UNNECESSARY OBSTACLES in virtual every moment on every shift. The lack of marked pricing, the inability to remedy and check pricing wastes enormous amounts of time, nonsensical inventory management, deficits in entirety of company technology, and patchy scheduling. AWFUL!!
