There is not much good about them. They don't do their work and complain all the time

Communication between employees, as well as corporate teams understanding what goes on and is needed on sales floor in stores

Better pay and acknowledging employees hard work and devotion to the company. Managers have worked there for 15 years and don't even get acknowledged when they retire.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The corporate offices are trying to make the company into something its not and turning away from what draws people to the stores. They are making the company so generic and bland that there's no reason to even shop there
