I believe I should be paid more for all that I do. I think it could be much better if we had managers that actually lead and we stopped switching and adding unnecessary work to the day that doesnt really need to be done.

MANAGING - communicating, not being passive-aggressive, and actually TRAIN
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
2 out of 5 managers make it a good and positive work environment. That is it.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Managers need to manage. People should get paid more for the work they do. We need to train and properly equip the floor for the volume of customers we have because we are understaffed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do every job in the store, including sales, customer service, bridal consultant, replenishment, lead-roles, cleaning crew, etc and others get by with doing absolutely nothing but the managers will never say anything. More money.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We have hired older co-workers that move extremely slow so when we are doing freight, I end up having to do both sides of the store because they are too slow. We hire people that cant do the job and then the managers double load it on us and get mad when we cant do everything
