I used to love my job. Ive been there for 13 years. the first 7 were fantastic. Its been a struggle after that.

Some people on my team take their job seriously and it makes work easier for me

Great questions and the manager was relatable. He didn't make me feel nervous. He hired me on the spot.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need to go back to being about customer service and stop acting like how Walmart employees treat their customers
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There aren't enough hours anymore. Our customers feel it. I hear it every day from customers that we are turning into Walmart. We are losing our customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I first started at this company, a manager would manage people and would do a couple projects here and there, that way we can manager and customer service. Now we are managers plus employees plus maintenance. They have thinned out how many employees can be at each store.
