There aren't enough hours anymore. Our customers feel it. I hear it every day from customers that we are turning into Walmart. We are losing our customers.
When I first started at this company, a manager would manage people and would do a couple projects here and there, that way we can manager and customer service. Now we are managers plus employees plus maintenance. They have thinned out how many employees can be at each store.
