You can't rely on them to put you onto a path of success, you need to find it yourself here. Lack of expectations was a huge issue, constant changes in personnel due to a revolving door due to the toxic environment and lack of appreciation via comp/no bonus/exp. benefits/few if any perks/etc.

A more respectable compensation in line with the amount of pressure and responsibility they place on employees.

Humble people for the most part on the hourly side but some managers have serious emotional intelligence issues.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Toxic environment, everyone is out to get someone. Better leadership and appreciation for one, SOP's and better job descriptions, no order!
