I have worked with the company for over two years, and enjoy the majority of my job. Somethings working in customer service can be difficult because of the conflicts you face, but I believe that the job is better than many others I've had, and that the company and team at my store has good values

The management is personable and creates a casual atmosphere to alleviate tension during the interview

People motivate each other to do better based on goals for our store and by keeping a positive attitude while interacting with each other and with customers
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are involved in the employees lives and treat them as real human beings instead of simply workers in their store. They set an example for employees by treating customers with respect and being as helpful as possible.
