Management. It can't be improved. Has to be replace.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is hard work and should be much better compensation.

Interview process was ok but orientation wasn't good, wasn't proffesional
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respect employees and be nice. Be able to listen to them and not rush them every second like in a treadmill. Don't down grading them, don't be over demending and very abrasive.
