Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management treats me like I am stupid and gets upset when I ask for help. I’ve also only agreed to work part time but have been put on the schedule for full time hours with no benefits of the full time employee
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
That interviewer is upfront about the conditions of work. I was told I would only work 20-25 hours a week but am being scheduled for 30+ hours a week. They also said they would be there when a customer is being confrontational. Stated there was a team like environment but everyone is rude to eachoth
