I have worked for the company for over 6 years and I can say it has gone down hill in the past 3 years and even more so after the new CEO took over
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are friendly and treat you like friends
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are no longer as customer service driven as we had been
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less top management not knowing what is going on towards the everyday worker and store.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Actually getting to know the person we are interviewing to see if they are a good fit
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our current interm manager treats everyone like they are useless and talks to them that way too. She has already had 7 complaints done by both associates and customers on how she talks and treats us
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been a supervisor for 3 years and I have also had to step up and be interm store manager 5 times during these 3 years and I am barely paid more than my associates. The assistant store manager, who is lazy and doesn't do much, is paid signifcantly more and I do all the work
