What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is awesome she cares about her staff and gives tough love if need be but she never makes us hate working here
What are some of the best things about your team?
we have the best team at our store we all get along and are very comfortable with each other which makes work enjoyable
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was willing to work full-time but was told only managers were allowed so now i dont get benefits or even 30hrs a week while i need to afford to live off this job right now as well as many of my coworkers are the same
