What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview process was actually quite easy, although we did require 3 to 4 interviews I was satisfied with the conversations that I've had with each person

What are some of the best things about your team?

I've dealt with two managers that were quite difficult to work with, but the managers that I've worked with for the last two years I've been nothing but family. They have been supportive in my journey for justice

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

When you work for a company that mission statement things to want to be a part of a community without discrimination. You should use those values because it makes a company looks bad when someone Is begging for help and yet nothing but a pat on the back to ease your wounds
