Hourly team is generally good. but management team doesn't follow through making sure everything is done
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
recognizing when they overwork the staff, communication, following through with promises, keeping equipment i usable condition
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
only reason I got a raise is because my pay is about to be the new Florida minimum wage. requests to learn more have gone ignored. promises for more staff have gone unfulfilled for years
