The amount of passion that my leadership team puts into their work is amazing. I only wish we had more leeway when it comes to menu decisions.

The environment could thrive, but is held back by questionable corporate decisions and ineffective conferences.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Love our CEO, but I think the rest of the C-suites are disconnected from the organization. Feel they are more concerned with the stock price (read: they're bonus) rather than with our people or customers.
