We are constantly brainstorming ways to bring customers through the door. We work great together and always value each others opinions respectfully.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that culture they have cultivated as it is constantly growing and changing to give our customers the best experience we can give. We are constantly trying to achieve excellence.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to see our lower staff compensated more. I do not think that servers should be responsible for paying the hosts. It is almost criminal when certain states only pay the minimum $2.13 an hour, for servers and hosts alike.
