I have never worked for such asinine and crude individuals in my life. I have overheard the management gossip about their own employees with other employees. There is an over favoritism that is disgusting, and the cleanliness is at an all time low.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Just actually not discriminating who they hire
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Time management skills. When under the correct management style the restaurant moves smoothly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do mainly five other employees workload on top of what I am already required to do. When I have a problem with other employees it is not taken seriously and the workplace has been hostile way more often than it should. The way managers speak to other staff members can be appalling at times.
