I've been blessed with some great bosses in my time here. From management holding a fundraiser for my son when he was sick. To everyday problem solving this team has always stepped up, no matter the moving parts. It makes me want to join the team one day myself.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We come in, do our best to sell food, drinks, desserts; we push cocktails and coffees and at the end of the day we clean it all up. The company doesn't pay us ... the guests do but not before the company takes it share. taxes is what they essentially cover and scraps here and there It should be more
