What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

See answers before. The guests are all of this happening and know that it has gone down hill. Also wine dinner menus should be corporate again.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Managers who are involved and don’t hate their jobs as much as we do. Less favoritism and unfair scheduling. Allowing some to call off whenever they want and pushing others who are legitimat

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would like to get my previous wage back and I also would like for our bartenders to be getting paid tipshare again. They pay out tipshare and also do not receive even though they are still making drinks.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leading the restaurant, guest involvement, most assume we have no management, taking customer complaints instead of pawning them onto the server, taking pride in the food instead of sloppy messy food. Service manager should be reaching out for events instead of asking servers to do it with no xt pay

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

We don’t have meetings or train new people correctly. It’s a free for all. Server training should go back to like it was with classrooms and validation. Not just throwing them on the floor after 3 days of following. I would be happy to thoroughly train new servers so we can all work toget
