What did you like most about the interview process?

Interviewer was manager, but technically competent.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

True respect, humor, and civility among workers (unlike woke BS from upper management)

What are some of the best things about your team?

True team environment. The tasks are too big/complex for one. All contribute to achieve the goal.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Health insurance is better than most, but was decimated by ObozoCare. Investment matching is good. Continuing education benefits are terrific.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Direct manager is intelligent, with relevant technical experience, and conducts himself very ethically. Program management are a "good old boys" clique and are unethical buffoons.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Trim the 10,000+ VPs to 1000 or so. Also, most execs hire in with an engineering degree (maybe), they get coffee for a senior manager for a few months while earning an MBA, then start up the promotion ladder - screwing up progressively more important "leadership" roles.
