What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop cutting corners and rushing just to make production numbers and bonuses (management), which is why Boeing is dealing with the fallout from these type of things.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
First of all, being leaders, a bunch of high school and college grads run Boeing and they're firm believers that if it works on paper it has to work in the real world. Its all friends and buddies and no experience. Management doesn't care about you or your family, they just want numbers.
