Good. Boeing has so much opportunity. If you do not 'fit' with your current assignment/job there is a myriad of different opportunities. There are so many brilliant people that are willing to mentor and support the less experienced. My current position allows me to be the best Mech Eng I can be.

Meeting/exceeding deadlines with a stellar product.

Brilliant and kind minds. Always willing to support/cover, and always happy to help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have brought up legitimate concerns, and they have 100% supported me -- even if that means delay to schedule.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
SPEEA (Engineering union within Boeing) has salary charts -- so you have an idea where you are on the pay spectrum. I am currently paid 93% of the average engineer for my age. I have one patent and am working on a second. To be fair -- I started Boeing in my late 20's. 10 years this year!
