Boeing was once the best company worldwide on many positive levels for its employees. Currently, too many cuts in benefits has made Boeing about as good as any "good" company to work for.

Working under minimal supervision and flex hours.

For the most part "bonuses."
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I'm not sure I can pinpoint what can change the Boeing management culture to make Boeing a "better" company than it is.
