Great opportunities, exciting product, amazing people... you need a lot of self motivation and discipline and ability to work accross the table to get far. Some- not all leadership - are out of touch with the skills to manage people and their own business- seen many leave due to poor management.

Cordial, professional, followed STAR, and was successful with proper preparation and ability to be personable.

Personalities, diverse knowledge set, willing to work together, like a family, want to produce quality work/outcomes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Out of touch and does not institute strongly enough, accountability or prioritize and hold the team responsible . There is favoritism for succession roles.
What makes you most happy at work?
Challenge to learn/do more, pride in my work. Environment supports my need to show how productive i can be and run my business with minimal oversight.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competetive, reflects the work put in for merit increases. Still believe there is a race/gender pay gap despite equal experience and education and/or more skilled at same job.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership walk the talk, be present and show interest in your teams, boost morale. Not just show your face once in awhile - its a skill to manage, lead and motivate people so they want to return and produce quality. Absentee management and leadership piling work not related to managers is a problem
