What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Well they like to say it's one Boeing and they put up lots of posters to make you feel better about working here. Fail! It's not one Boeing and commercial side gets better pay and benefits than military side.

I got to work on amazing business goals and explore my vocation in tremendous ways, but the negative culture soon made the opportunity not worth the daily confrontations with unprofessional colleagues.
