Stop with the canned corporate questions. Actually have an HR system that understands what specific functions need

Listening to their lower level executives and managers and stopping the "new thing" every other month that will fix us. Live by the values they set for employees themselves

Executive Council focused on the wrong things. Do mot make decisions based on reality or long term trends. They are completely out of touch with their teams and do not ever take personal responsibility
