Workers that have been with the company for 10+ years act entitled and holier than thou! Not welcoming at all. Employees are lazy and ungrateful. Throwing around their seniority. Raises and positions go by seniority NOT merit. Essentially, causing others to dummy down! Bad Morale!

Hard work goes unnoticed. Lack of management help to further careers. Sometimes it feels like there may be a target on your back!
