The executive team seems to be more wirreid about their bonuses instead of their employees quality of life. As manager we are asked to continue to make sacrifices that we do not see on the exec side.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More equity in the strategic developmment of the future of the company instead of seek speak and listen . Also offer K through M the ability to purchase stock options.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need to build our systems to Match our customers needs. We need to stop cutting to improve our balance sheet and instead invest in our future. We need better supply systems and stop using 3pls that dont care about our business.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Focus on improving the numbers that matter to the customer. We consitiently dont care about KPIs and refuse to look at those who are improving and turning around large facilities for those who are more diverse. Doversity is great but you should not sacrifice talent.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A different CEO that is not clearly a hedge fund manager but someone who cares about the people of the company and wants to griw the business and not just watch the stock grow. Grow slow and steady without debt should be our mantra, not seek speak and listen.
