Good people but there is a disconnect between upper levels of management and the workers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have yet to find a company besides Boeing that invests more than the employee into the emplyees 401K. My only complaint is there isnt an option for in service distrobutions so we can choose better investments
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Get rid of the star interview process for certain jobs. There are situations where you need to work as a team and the star interview process focuses on "I" not "we". No person can run these programs solo
