Recognition, communication, less politics, more enthusiasm about building something awesome. Stop beating smart people down.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Arbitrary goals like "3x growth" instead of providing value to customers. No one cares about making Boeing more profitable. Need passion.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm paid $20k less than what I'd be paid at another company doing the same work. Management doesn't understand value of work.
