Go back to what worked good and made Boeing Great. Get rid of the bean counters and replace with solid Engineers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They target people to terminate and create a fear factor with the ones that are left to do the work. I believe Corporate isn't aware of what is happening or just turn a blind eye to it. New culture will be the down fall of Boeing. It is a shame to say that but I believe it to be true.
