HR and Management need to quit running secret and non factual bases investigation on innocent employees. HR needs to stop harassing employees on a daily bases.
There are employees that do no work everyday but tell on other people or make up stories about other people. These employees are treated better then the hard working employees. Boeing is loosing a lot of good workers do to this.
