
Boeing is the most ethical company I've seen, from the CEO to the first line leaders. I trust the Boeing leadership team.
They need to be more proactive and take ownership of the entire process, not just a piece. They need to share knowledge with each other and ensure all are successful.
We need stability - organizational stability. A moritorium on org changes and functional realignments. Things change so rapidly that employees, and certainly customers, don't understand who is responsible for what. Presenting an org chart to a customer is confusing and somewhat embarrassing.
I am a heritage Boeing employee and still have a pension, unlike newer employees. However, the company has tried to compensate for the retirement of pension plans with increased company contributions to the 401k plan. Understandable given the long-term financial pressures to remain competitive.
