
Less focus on me, me, me and more focus on what is the best for our team and our job classification.
Get rid of SAFe where it doesn't make sense. Moral has suffered dramatically, because of the forced application of this program. It has cost us a very productive team dynamic and has created power struggles where there used to be at least some cohesiveness. It has completely destroyed my team.
Get rid of SAFe. I am certainly not the only one tired of being the square peg being pounded into the round hole by upper management. 19+ years with the company and as soon as i find another job I'm out. My reviews are "Exceeds Expectations" year after year..I am not a sub par employee.
