Change in leadership/management at all levels. The Culture used to be about the quality of the product and the people’s safety in producing the product. Now it is just a quota and ridiculous ideals being ushered throughout the workforce.
Stop worrying about the numbers and let the quality of the product produce the numbers. Bringing in new leadership outside of the organization only sets the group ten steps back. It’s sad to see nepotism still exist, and what could be the downfall of the company.
